Sugar Free Organic Zucchini Bread We used organic agave syrup instead of honey. It came out delicious! Try it with some banana and maple syrup on top!! Yummy! (Not vegan)

Organic Carrot Cake Excellent recipe! It tastes so good and it doesn't need sugar or any kind of syrup at all! And it is vegan too!

Vegan Organic Banana Cakelicious!!! I made this cake on a rush last night. I wasn't sure if it was going to come out ok. I had a Valentine's party today and I was worried that it wasn't going to be as good as I want it to. But EVERYBODY liked it!! I used 1 cup of Agave Syrup instead of the sugar. It was easy peasy! And very yummy! Try it! You won't regret it at all!

Organic Sauteed Vegetables
by me

Ingredients:

4 small red potatoes
1 small kabocha squash
1 big red bell pepper
1 big orange pepper
2 onions
2 beets
3 teeth of garlic
Oregano
Coconut oil
Olive oil
Salt

Put a little bit if coconut oil to coat the pan.
Cut all the veggies and put them in a pan as shown in the picture.
Once it is warm and it cooked for a little bit add oregano and salt and olive oil.
It is done once you poke the potato with a fork and the potato breaks easily.
Add the minced garlic and let it cook for one minute.

Enjoy!

Note: I added also butternut squash because I had a little left from another meal. I personally believe that the Kabocha tastes better.

Organic Cubanish Black Beans

Ingredients:

2 cups of organic black beans
1 organic bell pepper (I used orange but any would do)
1 organic onion
Fresh organic parsley (chopped or just cut by hand)
Water
Salt to taste
Olive oil
+3 teeth of garlic (minced)
Crock Pot

Let the beans soak over night.
Cut the bell pepper and onion in small squares.
Put the beans and the rest of the ingredients in the crock pot.
Put in on low in the morning and it will be ready for dinner.
(Make sure you check it once in a while. Every crock pot is different)

Delicious Chia Pudding

I make it for breakfast. It tastes really good. It is a pudding that you make with raw cashews. You put the cashews and water in the blender after you soaked them overnight (it is better to soak them because it releases more  nutrients, but if you have a vitamix or another high speed blender you can do it without soaking) then put them in a bowl. Add the chia seeds, vanilla, and cinnamon. She suggests blueberries, and strawberries, but I like it with bananas.

Rice Coloring:
Ingredients:

1 cup of rice
1 tablespoon of alcohol
1 gallon ziplock bag
Cookie sheet
Food coloring of your choice

Place the rice inside of the ziplock bag then add the alcohol and a couple of drops of food coloring.
Seal the bag and mix well.
Place the rice in the cookie sheet to let it dry and the alcohol to evaporate.

Note: I am not sure how good alcohol is for us so it is better to do it if possible outside. Some people use vinegar I believe, which sounds to me a better option, but I haven't tried it myself yet.
